Question 1

Why do returning students get early access?

Accepted Answer

ViaClay is built around community. Students who have already invested time in a course get priority re-enrollment so they can continue their progression without interruption. Spots open to the public once currently-enrolled students have had a chance to re-register. We think this is the fairest way to build a studio culture where people can actually develop their practice over time.

Question 2

How do I book a course?

Accepted Answer

If a course is open for registration and is not at capacity, you can book by tapping or clicking the register button.

Question 3

Where can I find my bookings?

Accepted Answer

You can find your bookings with ViaClay by visiting your dashboard.

Question 4

The session I want is full — what now?

Accepted Answer

Join the class's notification list (the form on this page). The moment the next session's registration opens you'll get an email — seats are limited and go fast, so book right away.

Question 5

How can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

If you are having issues with your booking, you can contact ViaClay at info@viaclay.com.

Question 6

Cancellation policy

Accepted Answer

Please read our scheduling policies before booking classes.
• If you cannot participate in a booked class, please email info@viaclay.com at least 24 hours before your session. If you notify us by email or phone more than a day in advance, ViaClay will refund 100% of your fee, less a $10 processing charge per seat. Classes are non-refundable if cancelled the same day.
• We do not schedule make-up classes or offer partial refunds for missed sessions.
• In the rare case ViaClay cancels a class — due to weather, equipment failure, or too few bookings — we will offer you another rescheduled date or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Question 7

Class policies

Accepted Answer

• Classrooms open 15 minutes prior to the start of each class. Please do not arrive earlier so we may prepare the studio for the class.
• Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before the class start time, as our staff need time to prepare the studio.
• Your prompt arrival is very appreciated. Late arrivals after class has been in session for more than 30 minutes may be considered an absence and may not be rescheduled.
